When you act it makes a difference. Shine a light on the untold story of persecution
Our brothers and sisters across the world are being denied basic rights such as access to education, employment, healthcare, public worship and a stable family life because of their faith. This systematic use of non-violent persecution has become by far the most effective tool for destroying Christian communities across the world.
It’s time to shine a light on this subtle yet insidious strategy of persecution. You can bring this untold story to the heart of Parliament by inviting your MP to the launch of the 2018 World Watch List today.
The annual World Watch List provides in-depth research and analysis into religious persecution in the 50 countries where it is most difficult to live as a Christian, and at the World Watch List launch Parliamentarians can find out what they can do to support persecuted Christians worldwide.
Last year, thousands of people invited their MP to the 2017 World Watch List launch in Parliament. This led to over 80 MPs attending and still more sending representatives – and this is incredible, because these are the people who have the power to make a real difference to the lives of persecuted Christians.
Please invite your MP to the World Watch List launch on 17 January 2018, hosted by the Rt Hon Theresa Villiers MP, and place the plight of persecuted Christians at the heart of Parliament.
